Made to measure shoes for men and women are made by creating a last, different for each foot, using a complex algorithm and produced according to the SYL (Sign Your Last) System.
The measurements and information needed for bespoke construction are collected using a scanner that records the coordinates of thousands of points on the foot and transform them, first into a 3D model and then into the last itself.
A digital rendering program lets customers choose between a seemingly infinite number of combinations, including the most refined models, sole types, materials and colours.
